With a degree in Human Services and extensive experience in child care, my journey has been both fulfilling and transformative. While working in various child care centers during my college years, I discovered my true passion for this field. My career took a significant turn in 2007 when I became the assistant director at a center in Belleville. Observing the business in distress, I felt compelled to take over and revitalize it. In 2013, I proudly became the owner, dedicating nearly four years to turning the center around and witnessing the fruits of my labor. By 2021, I decided it was time for new adventures and sold the center to pursue my long-term goal: childcare mentoring and consulting. Now, my mission is to assist and support others in the child care industry, helping them navigate the challenges and invest effectively in their businesses and roles. Time is a precious commodity, and through my guidance, I aim to help you reclaim some of it, allowing you to focus on what truly matters. Let me help you achieve the success you deserve.

Originally from New York, I've had the opportunity to work in the field of Early Childhood Education (ECE) for 15 years in multiple capacities, including as a 1:1 assistant, teacher, and more recently, a director. Life changes afforded me the chance to live and work in New Zealand, where I experienced a unique approach to nurturing children's growth and learning. Following that enriching experience, I served as a director in Chicago for 10 years, supporting staff, children, and families from diverse backgrounds. Now, as a single mother of three, I've returned to New York and am eager to support the field I feel so passionately about. The day-to-day operations of childcare can be demanding, and as with most things child-related, it truly takes a village. I look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with ECE professionals to support and grow their programs!
